Who we are

RentalCard is a project by Denaro Technologies Inc, Delaware, USA. Even though the visible brand is RentalCard, the operator and controller of the service is Denaro Technologies Inc.

What you are doing here

By filling in the form you register early interest in a service that is launching. The request lets us get in touch and reserves you a place on the access list.

The request does not automatically guarantee that a card will be issued or that the service will be provided. Any issuance depends on checks, availability and conditions that will be communicated to you before any activation.

No payment data

On this site we do not collect payment data, card numbers or banking credentials, at any point. We will never ask you for this data through this page.

Proper use of the site

You agree to provide truthful data and not to use the site for unlawful purposes or to send automated or fraudulent requests.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from waiting for the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by law as a consumer.

Governing law and contact

For matters concerning the processing of data of European Union residents, the applicable European law applies. For any question you can write to privacy@rentalcard.app.
